SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Masello Ngoako and Associates has expressed the need for continuous training to employees. The company will offer internal training to unskilled labourers and administration personnel. This induction course is designed to cover safety measures against injury on duty and use of tools and other equipment. We will seek advises from various institutions in terms of skills development in order to meet the world-class standard in whatever we do.
